Attorney Profile
I Understand the Meaning of Service
Perhaps nothing helped shaped my desire to assist people in their legal struggles more, than my years of service in the United States Marine Corps. As a first Gulf War veteran, I earned many commendations for service in that conflict. The values and commitment instilled during my years as a Marine, I carry forward in the legal services I provide my clients. After receiving an honorable discharge, I returned home, attended and graduated with honors, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College in New York. My studies focused on sociology, psychology, political science and social work.
I then attended Nova Southeastern University Law School with a track of study that focused on trial and litigation. I received my Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar.
While still attending law school, I was court appointed to assist in a State of Florida Death Penalty Appeal and gained valuable trial experience as a court appointed intern in the State Attorney’s Office.
Throughout my career I have broadened my trial experience in civil, criminal, domestic administrative law and bankruptcy law.
Regardless of your legal matter, I understand the anxiety and stress that any legal issue can cause my clients. That’s why I never hesitate to represent your case with the level of intensity that it deserves as the opposition and the situation requires. Whether your legal matter involves strenuous and vigorous negotiation, mediation, or aggressive representation at trial, I will produce the results you deserve. I have made it my law firm’s mission to “FIGHT 4 FAMILIES”.
